Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To process transactions of items purchased via the shop page and deliver them to the contact details provided.
- To prepare an appropriate treatment before you attend your session.

Medical malpractice requests that we keep consultation forms for seven years one you have received your final treatment with Sharon Shiels. After this date they will be shredded.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including the purposes of satisfying legal, accounting or medical requirements.
